INTERVISTA AGLI “AMICI DELLA MONTAGNA”

Nonostante fossimo consapevoli che avremmo dovuto essere parte attiva nelle interviste, la notizia di dover intervistare gli “amici della montagna” di Alberto fin dal primo giorno e senza alcuna preparazione ci ha colto un po’ alla sprovvista! Eravamo insicure e titubanti, non sapendo come fare, cosa chiedere. Nel concreto l’intervista consisteva nel fare domande liberamente. E giunto il momento, si è veramente creato un bel clima e l’intervista è riuscita bene. Anche il tecnico del suono, che ha fatto molte interviste nella sua carriera, è rimasto colpito da come sia venuta bene, senza nessuna preparazione precedente.

Una cosa che ci ha colpite sul rapporto di Alberto con gli altri compagni di scalata, in particolare con i più piccoli, è che cercava di trasmettere e di insegnare loro ad aver cura gli uni degli altri e non lo diceva solo a parole. Infatti aiutava quelli che erano indietro, che erano più stanchi, e portava sulle sue spalle i loro pesi, alleviando la salita.

Un altro momento bello è stato quando abbiamo fatto una domanda sul rapporto di Alberto con la natura : un camoscio è spuntato dietro a noi, tra gli alberi, e sembrava ci stesse ad ascoltare.




Interview to “mountain’s friends”

Despite knowing we should have participated actively in the interviews, the news we had to interview Alberto’s “friends of the mountains” from the very first day and with no preparation at all, that surprised us immensely!
We were unsure about it, since we didn’t know what to do and what to ask. Practically we could ask freely anything we wanted to. Once the moments arrived the atmosphere was incredible and the interview was well done.
The sound assistant, who had already done many interviews during his career, was very impressed of how ours was a very good one even if we hadn’t prepared it before.

The fact that Alberto always tried and taught to the little ones to take care of one another and they were not just words, this was something that impressed us a lot about the relationship Alberto had with his climbing companions. Indeed he helped those who were left behind, the most tired ones and he carried on his shoulders their bags to let them enjoy better the trip.

Another nice moment was the one when we asked about Alberto’s relation with the nature : a chamois came out behind us, in between two trees, and it seemed like it was listening to us.
